I actually built an app in C++ builder. It worked on 3 of my computers. Sent it to a friend, and it run, but crashed when my about window opened. No idea why yet, as it doesn't do it on 3 of my machines.

You forgot about CloseHandle. 1) hProcess = OpenProcess; 2) Write | Read | other actions with memory; 3) CloseHandle(hProcess); This is the correct sequence.
